ok..I put in an offer on a house here..on the 17th. @7:45 pm... It was accepted.!!!. You have no idea the poo, poo, faa, faa, that went on.... seems like I'm doin somthin right..... So far so good...Poo,Poo, Faa, Faa, means (Ren qi)....

ok this one is cool too.. I don't know what the result will be, but I called my real estate agent yesterday Sep. 23 at 4:18.. I had debated for weeks what to do about our house thats on the market.. Well I lowered the price ALOT, It was a huge call to make, but the day and the timing were good to get good results..
It was a fire day-- good for me..
and then this: I think this one matters because I was at home working with windows opened and generally flitting from one place to the other activating areas...
Time Period 3 to 5 PM
South Good Risk will become auspicious, activities will further improve
West Good Good for finances and relationships
North East Good Get promoted and extra income, get more land and houses
East Good Men will tour around the world, ladies will marry rich men
So lets see what comes of my decision.. its hard to explain how much is riding on my choice, but Ill keep you all updated on any progress.. |

Are his books avaible on the net or bookstores.
Is this method almost the same as sleepyFr's DG method,as in looking at or more at the day and hour?But you are also looking at the Wu Xing Gua nr of the daypillar what day it is and your personal Yearpillar or daypillar(wuX-nr) to determin what Gua you are,right?

I expect it is available online as an ebook, but I don't know.
I had not realized that when Sleeyf wrote of ming gua he was referring to XKDG ming gua and so I had used the only ming gua I knew, ba zhai. Skinner was clear about that. But I think the problem was in SleepyF's communication and my understanding, rather then different methodologies.
Skinner's method does not take into account the da gua period as SleepyF's does. Only element
Skinner selects based on same element as ming gua or element that grows ming gua or element that is controlled by min gua.
Skinner advocates selecting date that has at least 2 if not 3 supports from year-month-hour.
Skinner avoids hours that are part of frame that clashes with the trinity of which day is a part

ok.. Update..
Unexpected results.. never did sell the house, but did get it rented for a reasonable price to a nice Canadian couple in the states for 1 year... They seem great... So my financial crunch is getting lighter...
Now I must look to the Tong Shu to find out the best day to start my real estate course work here for Colorado, and pick a date to test......
Hey Robert, do you remember where the thread is for geographic F.S....??? Remember we were discussing some theories on Countries.. I think that might be interesting to look at now with the global economy where it is.... Or have you already done it??

I recently saw where someone did a simple analysis - back in March - of the three main contenders for the US presidency (Obama, McCain and Clinton) using a similar Flying Star approach and from that he concluded Omaba would win (and that was months before Obama even had the nomination!) |
